Payroll shouldn't be this hard.

It's sensitive, easy to get wrong, and sits between HR and finance without fully belonging to either. Find out where yours stands.

What a parallel run proves

A questionnaire can only point at risk. A parallel run tests it. We run your payroll alongside your current process for one cycle, free, and you compare payslips, deductions and filings side by side before changing anything.

What we don't promise

We can't remove the need for accurate inputs: starters, leavers and hours still come from you. What changes is who calculates, who reviews, and who is accountable for filings. You keep the final approval on every run.

Where payroll usually goes wrong

Most payroll errors repeat. These are the ones we see most often, and where to read more:

  • Using out-of-date limits. Kenya's NSSF upper limit rose to 108,000 in February 2026, and Uganda's PAYE tax-free threshold rose to 335,000 in July 2026. See NSSF in Kenya and payroll tax in Uganda.
  • Deducting in the wrong order. SHIF, NSSF and the Housing Levy come off before Kenyan PAYE. See PAYE bands.
  • Missing a date. Four countries means four calendars. See filing deadlines.
  • Incomplete payslips. Kenyan law requires a written, itemised pay statement. See payslip requirements.
  • One person holding it all. If they are out in payroll week, there is no backup.
